Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business
The Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) is a member based organization that drives business opportunities with a focus on corporate-social responsibility.
We partner with the CCAB to provide our members access to unique programs and services to help facilitate sustainable relationships between First Nation, Inuit, Matis and the Canadian business sector.

The North Superior Workforce Planning Board works by connecting community partners to improve the quality of life in our communities through workforce development.
Workforce Development
- Engage communities in a locally-driven process to identify and respond to key labour market trends;
- Undertake labour market research and planning which includes leading or facilitating specific actions to help address economic and social challenges and opportunities;
- Develop collaborative partnerships and community alliances to maximize labour market capacity and competitiveness;
- Develop a workforce readiness plan which includes a dynamic, responsive process to satisfy current needs and prepare people for emerging labour market opportunities within a local and global economy.
