How long will it take you to find an employee for my company?
In order to respond quickly to your requests, we keep a pool of qualified candidates on file. However, our response time depends largely on the availability of individuals with the required skills.
Can I interview candidates before they start?
Yes. We will test, interview, screen and complete work reference checks in order to send you the most qualified individuals.
What does the bill rate cover?
Our bill rate covers the employee’s pay, all payments for Canada Revenue, Provincial tax, Employment Insurance, CPP, applicable Union fees, WSIB and Liability insurances. It also covers recruiting and screening costs, work reference checks, motor vehicle records where applicable, payroll processing, and payroll tax deposits. Your bill rate also includes your Wawasakonese ManPower Services team of professionals available to you for consultations and employment guidance.
What if the employee you send us doesn’t work out?
We are proud of our reputation for quality and customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately and a replacement will be arranged.
What if I want to hire the person you send?
You may hire any Wawasakonese ManPower Services employee using our Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire options. Please contact us at (1)-807-939-5388 to initiate this process.
